Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Advocate to
manage and negotiate medical claims and services.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate claims and negotiate agreements with providers to resolve
billing issues
Track and document all communications related to claims and
negotiations
Assist members in finding alternative provider options when
necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or
customer service
Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical
coding
Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments
is a plus
