• Certification Details
• Active license as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona
  • Job Details
  • Responsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring patient drug therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Activities include medication order/prescription dispensing, compounding, monitoring of patient medication therapies, counseling patients, documenting interventions, providing drug information and supervising support personnel.
  • Utilizes MediTech Expanse, CII Safe, and Pyxis.
    • Job Requirements
    • Active license and in good standing as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist
    • One year minimum inpatient experience required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Employee will work varied shifts; will NOT be working alone; No 'call'; will be required to work every other weekend.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • No Floating to other departments
        • Business casual dress code.
