Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Manager for the Mood
& Anxiety Program.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement outpatient and
IOP programs for mood and anxiety disorders
Monitor team performance on KPIs and manage clinical case
escalations
Provide training and supervision to care navigators and manage
external treatment provider relationships
Required Qualifications
Licensed behavioral health practitioner (psychologist, social
worker, therapist, or counselor)
Experience in direct care provision for mood and anxiety disorders
in higher levels of care settings
Experience with clinical program management and implementation
3+ years of experience managing clinical teams
Knowledge of healthcare systems, including health plans
