• Recommended: Cerner experience

  • Hospital in central AZ in need of travel RNs for a Med Surg, Tele. PCU float pool.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have 2 years of recent med surg/tele experience
    • 1 year of PCU experience
    • Current state license required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts are 7-7
      • Schedules are made out for 4 weeks
      • Self scheduling is used but not final until the manager balances
      • 2 weekends per 4 week schedule
      • For Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving, work schedule requirements
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: Telemetry- WC-Cardiac/Medical 3rd Floor
        • # of Beds: 49
        • Ratios: 1:5 patients
        • Commonly treated diagnoses: CHF, COVID, respiratory, GI, Diabetics, Tele, post cath, total joint replacement
        • Tele/Monitor Techs are on this unit and RNs are required to interpret strips and sign at least once a shift
        • Charge Nurse/House Supervisor are present
        • Nurse Aides on this unit with ratios of 1:10-15
        • Equipment includes BiPap, CPAP, breathing treatments
        • Scrub Color/Dress Code: Navy Blue
        • 1 Shift of orientation on the unit
          • Additional Details
          • No Call or Standby Requirement
          • Floating to East Campus, and possibly PCU if qualified, may be required
