Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Clinical Services
to drive operational efficiency and product quality in clinical
review and abstraction services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production for HEDIS abstraction and ensure compliance
with SLAs and timelines
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to ensure quality
and timeliness of services
Recruit, train, and develop staff while managing departmental
budget and resources
Required Qualifications
Active unrestricted licensure or certification as an RN, LPN, or
related clinical professional
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience and 5 years of HEDIS
abstraction experience
At least 3 years of formal leadership experience
3+ years of project management experience with distributed
teams
Experience with HEDIS/abstraction systems is required
