Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and
oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of project plans, including deliverables,
timelines, and scope
Participate in deployment projects by gathering requirements and
designing solutions
Document best practices and create a deployment and support
playbook
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or equivalent
10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Voice/Video
and Contact Center solutions
Experience with migrations to Cloud Voice & Cloud Contact Center
solutions
Knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
Familiarity with various Voice and Contact Center solutions
