Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to
ensure customer satisfaction and success with AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide support, guidance, and training on
AI solutions
Monitor customer performance metrics to identify improvement
opportunities and upsell products
Conduct training sessions and communicate product benefits to
customers and their staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Hospitality, or related field
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in
technology or hospitality
Experience in leadership roles, including training and
development
Willingness to travel up to 70% to customer sites
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
