A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a high-performing team of Inside Sales
Representatives (ISRs)
Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to
enhance productivity
Provide regular forecasts and updates to the National Director on
team performance and opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales team management experience
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
(Salesforce)
Technologically savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems
quickly
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
